I do it for my own sites as well as for my tubes and that wouldn't be an issue at all.

I have:
- FFMPEG
- Vegas Pro 12
- PowerDirector 13
- DaVinci Resolve
- Photoshop
- Lightroom

Just provide me the exact specs on bitrates and video resolution you want.

I've not done it often for others, so well... I'll probably do it at your usual rates.
