I also never understood this level of ignorance from those brainwashed guys. This was told many years ago that
IF the States will build their defense system close to Russian borders (e.g. in Poland), Russia will have no choice but to develop the new generation of ICBM's to overpass is. So now it's happening strictly according to that promise.
