The US is not able to make an Iraq out of Europe... This is civilized world... not some unstable region... and Europe doesn't need the US to protect itself from Russia...

Ever heard of Allied Joint Force Command? Many countries have armies in other countries... German army has bases in France. Netherlands had one i Germany, etc...
It's Allied Joint Force Command.... Most of US bases oversees have to do with obligations regarding to NATO... not with vassal-states...So.. go back to school... please...
