Also keep an eye out for restaurants
saying they are tip-free but then slapping a new 15 or 20% gratuity (aka: "service fee") onto every bill in lieu of those higher wages they're paying.
If we've learned anything from Kitchen Nightmares it's that some owners truly are clueless fuckheads.
