The problem is the click-out URL domain or structure, e.g.; /ad/, &aid=333, track=3456 etc.

Great news.
So I want my ad network adds to use a url structure on mysite.com to be like this mysite.com/r32 and in .htaccess:
Redirect permanent /r32
https://www.mysponser.com/myrefer.html?othershit=here
Seems to me this concept will solve my problems with the adblocker as well and have the DB maintaining the links, images and urls I am in good shape. I can even count the redirects made to have an idea if my clicks at the other end are being shaved or not.
