of course you are not. neither am i. and i'm not here to downplay racism. but these young males that go on shooting sprees............while a rare phenomenon, are so far out there, the explanation has to go beyond simple racism.

that's where i'm coming from, the soup de jour is racism, and i get that, racism is a real and current issue (thanks Obama?), nevertheless, to sweep this under the rug of racism with a hand wave off of other motivating factors misses the mark.
