Great question.

Depends on your business model - if you are going to do a paysite then you want to hold onto your material and avoid letting the masses get it unless a customer pays. Strategic marketing via tube sites and limited licensing to VOD (like Clips4Sale, PPV models) will bring in a good stream of money. Content is king, if you have something that is hot and will sell i'd recommend a paysite - people always want something unique. If you are going to do generic content without some kind of hook i'd go all routes to recoup/profit.
