That doesn't work like that in content business. Maybe its a good option for other kind of business, not for content.
In content there is not a revenue. You need to keep selling.
Also, if the content store had lots of sells this doesn't improve the content value.. this down the value due the oversaturation of content, so, new owner will not have so much luck selling this, have sense?
