Hopefully, soon, we will get government completely out of marriage altogether. It's a private contract entered into by adults, the government shouldn't be setting the terms anyway. As long as they are adults making a voluntary decision, it shouldn't be anyone's business what 2, 3, 4, 5, etc people of whatever gender want to do as far as committing to each other.
