You can see them saying stuff like he's a big guy, he has a taser etc etc as if NOT shooting the dog was an option. They should open up a newspaper or website once in a while.

You call a cop over and your big dog is not restrained? That was a death sentence for the dog right there... In a way, less got hurt because he can't hit the broad side of a barn at point blank.
