pls explain how illegal aliens have the constitutional right to welfare benefits...
not a lawyer however I'm willing to state the 14th amendment relates to jobs, education and personal safety, not marriage... if the 14th did apply to marriage this would have been a very vocal argument a long time ago...
this is clearly a case of federal intervention into state matters and states rights are protected under the constitution are they not?
