I think the TV show and other things are coming into play because some people feel like this is a
"tipping point".
Americans have become so used to hearing that X number of people got shot that some of them
are just not processing the full gravity of the murders.
It's not about the TV show, it's about business execs deciding that they don't desire to
have their company wallowing in a hillbilly fight in the southern sticks.
It's common knowledge that some people view the flag as a racist symbol used by hate groups. The question for CEO's is why do they want to get in the middle of it when it's
value to the company's bottom line is probably 0%.
