Not that I agree with not serving gay customers - store owners have the right under Trespass to Property act to ask anyone to leave the premises regardless of their reason. If they refuse to leave, they can be served a Trespass to Property ticket. We do it with downtown vagrants on city property every day.

The customer could possibly have a civil rights case in court...depending on the circumstances. But it would likely be a costly and lengthy battle.
