The problem in here are the sentences. It could be something like this.
17 "Soo, soo, bad teacher."
16 "He is too young, you get fined."
15 "He is way too young, you will get probation."
14 "He is wayyy too young, you will get jail (for few years)."
Or something like that. Now it is like ISIS chopping heads off. What is the fucking difference? The teacher will be 52 when she gets out of the prison without extra charges.
In my country that 17 wouldn't be anywhere described as pedophile, as the victim has to be under 14 or something like that for that.
She will probably lose her teaching license and stuff. It is just enough for fucking 17 years old if you ask me. Maybe some fines in top of that, but fucking jail (even one day), you gotta be kidding me.
