He then followed it up with.. Something like "and some are ok people".
Meaning he is saying Mexico is purposely sending criminals to the U.S. on purpose. He was also implying most were not decent people whom were trying to better their lives, but rather that most were going to be rapist, murders ect..ect..
Meanwhile Obama said "some" are gangbangers...
