i can choose following:
"Ratings Logging Method:
1. do not log
2. log by ip
3. log by cookie
4. by cookie and ip
5. by username"
whatever i'll pick up and save option, once visitor rate post no more visitors can rate same post how they like, it's inactive for them.
any idea?
