Anyone (for the most part) can walk into the registars office and buy that list, they told me email it only once, which I did.
CAN-SPAM aside I was emailed an excel document that said I was a-ok to blast away.
This whole scenario is just so unusual and the tools will speculate to high heaven about certain aspects of it, no harm no foul was done.
Anyway I'll leave it at that, entertainment and a great story to tell... might even get me laid a couple times!
