I have no reason to defend them apart from recognising their supremacy in the mainstream business in regards to technology and the way transaction is being processed. In fact they seem to stay away from anything that is high risk and such dramatic reaction may be caused by that fact (although may not be fully justified but that would require more info on particular case).
Nevertheless, if you are looking for equal high tech hassle-free system and powerful APIs as there you can work with us! What we do and what we know very fell is exactly high risk business.
