It would be like fighting a loosing battle as mobile systems don't get static IPs they are dynamic. Every time you reboot your mobile device you get a new IP. I checked 8 IPs before getting one which wasn't on the spamhaus XBL list.

It seems absolutely obscene that a host would use a list which has so many badly flagged IPs.. It also doesn't say much for spamhaus if they are just blindly adding dynamic IPs from ISPs to their lists.
