Buying Traffic for a paysite can be feasible. IMO here are the factors that need to be accounted for:
1- Member Value (How much money can you make with a user in a year) I see that you have a few sites in your programs so if you can sell a client more than one site, your member value increases drastically. And of course the rebills (retention) are important. And of course upselling and cross selling your members different ads such as cams and dating count.
2- Conversion. Your niches I think convert much better than generic adult sites if properly targeted.
So it boils down to pure mathematics. And what is important to keep in mind is not the value of the Join itself, it is the Member Value for a user.
If the acquisition cost is less than Member Value = Profit
