So I can just confirm for all the folks out there in never never land, that you are putting up thoughts and not facts rearding the reduction of the 1% chargeback rate - correct?

BTW - If you every need the inside run on what is happening in Billing, you know you can always ask me 1st. When have I ever not given you my time to shed light on the vast array of billing issues confronting us?
