No. Because it is a squeeze page made by a ''talented'' 17 year old

Live webcasting is for real however and from any HTML5 enabled device. The only problem is the reverse multiplexing of the live webcast signal to a large group of viewers in RTMP with the new HTML5 WebRTC (or Open RTC) protocols.

There are new cross platform live webcasting APIs coming and we are working on them with many others. A major R&D investment happening right now.

In mainstream, one day you will be able to video conference with the Internet Bank Teller or the Customer Support person in a web page in real-time, that technology is here today on a 1 to 1 or P2P IP basis being tested in beta. Billing processing will be integrated into an adult web application using these protocols. People will be able to use this web application broadcasting independently or from a web site.

But that is only the beginning. As the multiplexing issues are resolved Live Internet Broadcast will become a reality along with the subsequent technical and business model disruption to follow. There will be two Internet Broadcast business models: subscription and advertising supported broadcast.

Citizens with smartphones will become on-the-spot video journalists. There will be eyes everywhere. Revolutions will be webcast live and there will be no place to hide

The Yippie chant of "The whole word is watching!" (Daley Plaza 1968) will take on new meaning ...
