Played my first football (soccer) game in a year and my fitness is shockingly bad. I felt as if I had to stop running about every 10mins, or else I could physically throw up
The days of thinking because i'm not overweight so I must be fairly fit are long over. Suppose I should start hitting the running track etc to try get some level of fitness back before i'm due to play next week again.
That was NOT fun...
