I am getting moderate amount of signups to a cam girl recruiting site but almost none actually start working on cam.

wtf am i missing!!?

i do all the needed support and help etc lots of time wasted.

are all these girls just clueless to actually get / do it?
too shy or nervous?

the money is there to be made on the major platforms , its just that they are not starting or continuing.
