The idea that they can stay at home and work should appeal to them since they just play with their pussy instead of grinding on a fat ass dude but most don't have the patience/work ethic for the time it takes to build up a profitable audience. Everytime I go to my buddies strip club at least one girl asks me about camming and that's basically what I tell them. Put the work in=slow build to mad profit but most since no following don't make as much as the pole the first few times and quit.
