Make a vid on how to sign up. Make a vid of how the girls should act and embed them on your site.
I notice the ones that do real well are 1. hot, 2. really nice and all smiles (Think Disney). If the models have a lot of guys talking, Silence the guys that have don't have money. Force them to pay if they want to talk to such a lovely lady. I notice the people with no money talk the most and flood the chat to get attention. Give ideas for shows, Play video games or do naked yoga or naked twister(I would like to see this). Encourage them to watch popular cam girls and see what they are doing.
Tell the girls to have fun and build a Girl Friend Experience. Have the guys leave the show feeling good about forking over $50 to a girl they will never meet in person. Everybody wins this way.
