Where did you get your feedback from and who's was most valuable?
How did you know who's to listen to?
I ask because the decision to totally scrap your existing way of doing things for a 'newer' way is risky. There is a large investment of time/energy required and you may lose what you already have.
Smaller, more frequent changes or slower gradual ones are easier to implement.
