Why is it that so many blacks can be so successful and run some of the nations largest companies, dominate entertainment, sports etc through hard work, focus, determination and a drive to succeed but for some reason it's ONLY those in inner city blacks who are "oppressed and kept down by the white man" and "the system" and "racism"?

You don't have to be smart to find success in life. But you do have to actually want it.
