I personally would remove the ad blocks above and below the menu. I saw those and immediately wanted to close the site.
Also, try switching it up and not using the same looking ad everywhere on the site. Maybe swap one of the skyscraper ads out for a crakrevenue block.Comment

Don't worry about the negative comments. You'll always have those.
I think it's a good start. I have notes for you:
- when uploading a video - the button at the bottom should say UPLOAD VIDEO rather than SAVE VIDEO, and you should include a progress bar because I had no idea if my video was getting uploaded... but it did and appeared right away on the main page.
-your main page should have 4 rows not 3
-your main page should have 8 or 10 columns rows not 5

Buddy, increase your loading times / cache your thumbs.
You can see all images loading very slow - a "no-go" nowadays.
And one isnt even there (404 on 404 - PAGE NOT FOUND)

I disabled adblock just to see what was going on. One of the elements in your plethora of ads is being flagged as malicious. The URL flagged is http://sa.entireweb.com/sasense675
Funny thing is that with my antivirus blocking that, none of your ads load anyway. Sometimes less is more. You really should look into more text ads and maybe being more discreet with the ads you have. Nobody is going to want to return to that site in its present form.I like pie.Comment

Personally I don't come back to ANY site with annoying ads.
