You can wait forever if your transaction was rejected. The only thing you need to do is just to make single call. 2checkout.com has a great customer support service.

You are not a first one whose transaction was declined. Everybody who believe their card is ok, simple called the billing and got approval w/o any problems. You have spent a few days threatening me on email and now posting here. How many times have you phoned/emailed 2checkout during all those days? What's wrong with you?
All that I was able to do is to forward your email to 2checkout, which I did. I can't force them to accept your payment.
