Which is healthier?
Watermelon:
47 calories / 155g
Nestle - Fitnesse, Low Fat Whole Wheat Cereal 30g + 125ml Milk:
151 calories / 155g (cereal+milk)
According to calories is better to eat watermelon, but I'm pretty sure 155g wont cut it for breakfast from watermelon.. of course there are other things to look at then calories, so therefore I'm asking
