The cam links in mainland china sites all are fakes, at least last time I checked.
China adult sites in general got several issues, one being that ISPs there block all them as soon as discovered:

So most or all of the adult chinese sites change domain name and IP's every few days, no one can be a long term and popular one. So as a short-lived domain name and IP they mostly advertise one-day scams and downloadable .exe files. I followed a few chinese cam ads there and none was a real cam site.

Other issue is payment, I seen a chinese cam site (really, hong kong?) using paypal for a while, then gone. Paypal accepts unionpay which is the most popular card in China. Of course paypal does not allow adult, adult sites are illegal in China (they put people in prison for running one) and so on, so again these sites are short lived anyway.
