Just to be able to exercise that quality control would be enough on its own. You'd be amazed at how much cheaper and more efficient you can do it when you dont go through third parties who have no motivation to reduce costs.
maybe they see the see the sales of their non exclusive/rebranded/ or dvd content paysites and think, if this is what paysites make, then its probably not worth it. Not sure. I'd love to see Crak go in that direction though. Though I would have done it years and years ago

Haha, they are doing what mainstream has been doing for years. There are mainstream affiliate networks pushing hundreds of millions of dollars and they own none of the sites. Why waste the time and accept the risk of something when you can get paid for promoting it? If one offer is lost another will replace it.
And since when has Paypal been ok through Epoch?
