Indeed, sounds like your acquaintance is reliable. There's even lower priced villas & apartments further up & down the coast, in less populated areas

The air is another reason why we moved here to Spain. The area I live has many salt lakes, it's voted the 'cleanest air' in Europe for many years by some Swedish environment guidance
