Most people worth their weight as developers abandoned Flash back when the first Iphone was released back in 2007 (or shortly thereafter) because of compatibility issues and foresight of a new platform coming into its own. Quite frankly, I'm not sure why it hasn't been thrown out a lot sooner than this. Every website I've ever developed that ran any type of Flash script was eventually exploited through that script. Since I dumped the platform, I've yet to have one site exploited.
I love Adobe, they've made me a very good living since 1993. But Flash needs to be taken out back and shot in the face. If for anything, because of the need to update it every time you launch your fucking browser - fuck the security holes. That's just plain inconvenient.
