You can use Wordpress for a TPG site, with something like
AdultGalleryPress.com, from people who run
TubeAce for Wordpress, but you cant combine it with a traffic trading script, or at least is not easy, lets say.
I would use
SmartCj.com, or
Smart Thubms, and if you pick the second one, you can combine it, with a traffic trading script, like
Trade Pulse.
Traffic trading sites are still very good to work on, if you know how to do it right.
