It's basically the same as buying traffic from an adult broker. Cast a wide untargeted net and go broke. Filter it down to country, device types, exact match keywords, run multiple ads one per keyword your targeting so the keyword your targeting is in the ad text resulting in more clicks. If you run an ad with 100 keywords and it doesn't perform then they drop your quality ranking which means you'll pay more per click. Drill it down to optimized ads based on keyword target and clicks/quality remains high and you'll spend less. Quality over quantity across the board in any media buying mainstream or adult. Tips above will help you but you will lose money in the beginning/learning process like I did 13 years ago when I started buying mainstream/adult advertising. Key is to analyze/adjust in the learning process so gradually the loss turns to profit.
