The answer is "no".
And if you do your own informal poll - or formal poll - you too will find that most people think like we do.
IE: A person who is not yet reproductively capable should not be immediately shown aroused genitals or reproductive bodily fluids when they go to a directly accessed domain name.
It's just common sense really.
