Talking to them on email or phone won't give you any kind of protection. Of course it could give you guidance, but those people won't be the ones approving/disapproving your ads (except in the case of an appeal maybe). They could say it's ok and then your ads get disapproved by someone else the next day, like Roald said. It's a really subjective process on their reviewers' part too, and they don't even always follow their own guidelines. There are no guarantees, and it's easy to get disapproved and banned.

It also sounds to me like you were just lucky getting your site approved, I wouldn't rub it in their faces. Pics with mild sexual content get disapproved too.

Also, are you positioning your site as sex education in your ads, and then trying to sell porn membership to those people? That would be one answer why it doesn't work, it's not proper targeting. Sure, it could work with free traffic for which big ratios are acceptable, but not when you're paying money for every click.
