Mine was 2 months late not to mention costing 140, even then they had used the wrong address, it was lucky I rang the courier company because I knew they would be that incompetent.

They charged you $140 ? That's completely fucked up. I'd ask Ruth to get that money returned to you because they already charge a yearly card fee.
26th June the card was shipped according to Ruth. However when I look inside my Paxum account I see a ship date of 17/07/2015 so they must have shipped another after I complained. Which means I'll have to wait for another bloody slow boat from Belize for a replacement card.
