So, what could be a general model of starting a SmartCj.com (lets say) site, and expanding it into a network, later on?

1) Get good and inexpensive hosting, could be something like a VPS from ovh.com, for $36 per year.

2) Select a niche. With this, should I focus on just one niche or several niches, or just work on anything that I may want?

3) Get a good domain name, install SmartCj.com on it, and get a good logo / branding / graphic design.

4) Add content to the site. Link to picture and video galleries, and so on.

5) Find trade partners, and set up trades. How would this part work? How many trade partners do I need to begin with, and are there any limits (like 10 trade domains per domain is ok, or I can have 100, how does this work?)? Then how do I trade traffic. It is described in the tutorial that was mentioned in this thread, but would it be something like every other click, every third click, every fourth click, what is the best here?

6) Buy traffic from one of the places like TrafficHolder.com, TrafficShop.com, or AvaTraffic.com, and measure the productivity of the trades, as mentioned in the tutorial, which was mentioned above. Keep the good trades, drop the bad ones, probably look for more good. Also, probably look, and take into consideration all other stats and data that are shown within the admin of the SmartCj.com script.
With this, how much traffic should I buy per day, and this questions assumes that I already have a certain amount of trade partners set up. It sounds like 1,000 is ok per day, but maybe more, or maybe less, and try several traffic brokering places? How would this part work. And, I am assuming, that I wont be buying traffic every day. This may be once every seven days, or once per month, maybe.

7) What do I do next, what are the other steps and factors, before going to step 8:

8) Setting up another SmartCj.com site, and work on it based on the rules, above.
