Jscott: I know it can be frustrating going through their front end. Interestingly enough, the software I use for Stats Checking (StatsRemote) doesn't seem to have the same issue. I have mine set to poll CCBill every 4 hours which seems to do the trick so I have all of my data going right back to 2004 or something, broken down by Month and program at my fingertips as it's local on my PC -- though I have to use SR to view it. I've been meaning to contact them about an export/PDF reports option.
