You can do spun text from rss feeds, at the rate of at least 200 posts a day, if needed. Then get some kind of links to these sites, I am not sure. Natural links / Google Webmaster Guidelines - this describes a perfect state of things, and what is wanted by them. What is actually out there is far away from this, and they have to work with that...
