It's an interesting sale actually. I think it is getting around 100k a month. It's a big site organically and ranks well for a lot of high volume keywords - but they have an Indian signature eg indian aunties. The "brand" (sex agar) or sex ocean gets some 6,600 searches a month. I'm sure the claim of 2000k a month is a typo; the original claim was 600k a month.
It's only been online for a few months though but if anyone has the money I'd still take up the offer of a peek at the Analytics and Webmaster accounts and via teamviewer as well.
Another thing that worries me is that the seller doesn't seem to have a
[email protected] address so (s)he could be a web developer and not the owner - got burnt like that myself once.
