In my experience, the PRE-SELL is almost more important than the tour itself. Look at Met-Art. That site is so dated looking. It almost looks like it was abandoned in 2004.

But they make sales based on reputation, killer content... e.g. the Pre-sell.

In other words... the art of the sell is to make the guy want to join before he even gets to the tour.

The real problem with your question is what Kelli58 said. A successful Babes.com tour is going to look A LOT different than a successful BlackTranniesFromHell.com tour.
