That article, from my understanding, is built upon two amateur divers who didn't know the wreck, "think" they found it, called the newspapers to sell their story and it was printed before anyone checked with the Swedish Defense. I hope they got well paid to make themselves look like fools.
That possibility was in today's news, but it was still said it looks "newish".

About the divers: it may be publicity stunt, but those guys are professional "treasure hunters" (sunk booze cargoes, etc.) those have been in our news before.
