He's guilty as sin, the original 'crime' really doesn't add up to much, QB's doctor balls all the time though with less subterfuge than Brady did but his actions and attitude since it was exposed are what is sealing his fate and destroying his legacy. He will now seek an injunction in court and if successful he won't miss a game. By the time the court case concludes Brady will have retired.
I've seen some legal opinions today that the chances of him getting an injunction are less than 50/50.
