the issue here is that the shooter most certainly knew of the implications, issues, problems, risks and concerns of trophy hunting lions on the border of that park. $55k to shoot there v $12k elsewhere, why do you think that is? becuase of those risks involved. the fucking very lion he killed was wearing a tracking collar to study that very problem. the tracking collar the shooter left behind after he continued with his trophy collecting by cutting off the lion's head and skin and taking both of those with him. but he dindu nuffins, it was the other guy.
