The other day I was approached by a new craft beer bar that asked if they could throw a "Craft Beer Guy Party." Since 5 or 6 of the local breweries just hosted a birthday party for me, I said I would go along with it as long as I could use all their taps (40!) to showcase the South Bay's craft beer scene. They agreed!
So, September 3, at
Flights Beer Bar in Hawthorne (it is right off the 405 on El Segundo Blvd) I will be curating a 10 brewery, 40 tap, tap takeover.
If you enjoy craft beer, you have to know that the South Bay, Torrance in particular, has really taken off in the last 5 years. This will be an opportunity to try brews from each of the South Bay production breweries; one of which has not even opened yet. Mark your calendars, you will not want to miss this one.
