Offshore or otherwise, don't get an account "for adult business" get one for "internet marketing" and preferably get a non adult domain or two to present if anyone presses for additional details, even if the income is zero.
Hiding money from the US government and presumably most European governments in a bank or anywhere electronically is just not realistic anymore and the risks far outweigh the potential benefits. Any bank in a country shady enough to hide your stash from Obama is just as likely to hide it from you.
I've discussed with lawyers and accountants alike and have been unable to find any real benefit to having offshore liquid assets, and plenty of drawbacks.
I may be doing it wrong (business wise) but for me just accurately reporting my business expenses puts my tax liability in a pretty reasonable range.
